  How to use

  • Through the day: 1 tsp basil seeds or gond katira soaked 15 minutes in a glass of water, then drink
  • Night (or 1–2 hrs after a meal): 1–2 tsp Isabgol in a full glass of water, drunk immediately, followed by more water
  • After meals: a cup of lemongrass tea
